Custom Forms

Custom Forms allows you to capture a Custom Form against a specific Client for a specific date.

  • Browse to the Custom Forms screen under the Clients menu.

Adding and Editing Client Custom Forms

  1. Use the New menu on the action bar to select the type of Custom Form you want to create, or select an item to edit.
  2. Set the Client this Custom Form is being created for.
  3. Fill in the field under the Form Details section.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.

Deleting Custom Forms

  1. From the Custom Forms screen open the required item that you would like to delete.
  2. Click the Delete button on the action bar.
  3. If the item is not being used you will be prompted to confirm the delete by clicking the Delete button.
