The Appointments screen provides a list of all scheduled Appointments for a specific date range.

  • Browse to the Appointments screen under the Appointments menu.
  • Under the filter section, select what Appointment States you want to view, along with the date range to filter by. You can also search for an Appointment using the Find function.

Adding and Editing Appointments

  1. Browse to the Appointments screen under the Appointments menu.
  2. Click New on the action bar, or select an item to edit.
  3. For detailed instructions on editing Appointments see the Scheduler help article.
  4. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Deleting Appointments

  1. From the Appointments screen open the required item that you would like to delete.
  2. Click the Delete button on the action bar.
  3. If the item is not being used you will be prompted to confirm the delete by clicking the Delete button.
